Product description:

Lightweight UniFli® anilox roll, with Ø 95 mm x 528 mm face length and 750 mm total length. Body construction made of aluminium with an anodized layer, making it resistant against aggressive inks and common cleaning liquids.

Treatment:

UltraMelt laser engraving technique providing a melted layer to the anilox rolls. Together with the high-density non-wetting ceramic, this results in a superior ink release which is suitable for high quality printing.

UltraCell Plus requires 25-30% less depth than a standard CO2 laser engraving at equal volume. The newest developments in screen and volume combinations are available.
