Corrosion marks on anilox roll

Possible actions related to anilox roll
If corrosion occurs, the roll is permanently damaged and cannot be repaired
Check pH-value of cleaning agent. Should be 5.5 – 11. If not, change cleaning agent. Check with your ink supplier for optimal pH-value cleaning agent.
Use UniFli Bioclean cleaning agents.
Check cleaning instructions supplier cleaning equipment / cleaning agent for cleaning cycle time & temperatures for cleaning in heated tanks (< 50°C / 120°F)
