BioJet LabelBlast for deep-cleaning

The BioJet LabelBlast system is especially designed to clean anilox rolls in the best, cheapest and safest way possible. The machine is easy to install and the equipment takes little space. The LabelBlast can be used for cleaning anilox rolls with all types of inks, water-, solvent based and UV and even 2-component coatings are removed by using special dry Sodium Bicarbonate powder. This is the preferred deep-cleaning method for all Apex anilox rolls. It is a safe, operator- and environmentally friendly way of cleaning anilox rolls. Bioclean liquids for all inks

Apex offers a wide range of cleaning liquids for daily and periodical cleaning of anilox rolls, plates, etc. The liquids are user- and environmentally friendly. Different products are available for Water based inks, UV inks or Solvent based inks.
