UniFli® anilox rolls have a body construction made of aircraft grade aluminium and is as strong as steel. By adding an anodized layer, Apex ensures that it will be resistant against aggressive inks and the common cleaning liquids. Another tremendous advantage is that it can be ½ the weight or less.

State-of-the-art technology:

Apex uses the in-house developed UltraMelt technique to provide all laser engraved UniFli® anilox rolls with a melted layer. Together with the high-density non-wetting ceramic, this results in a superior ink release which is suitable for high quality printing, including UV inks. The newest developments in screen and volume combinations are available.
